Cloverdale detached homes are pre-dominantly built in traditional architectural styles over several decades. However, most are newer homes that have been constructed in the 21st century and are located on peaceful cul-de-sacs. In particular, homes in the Clayton real estate market—located in the northeast section of Cloverdale and right near the Langley border—have fresh new exteriors and interiors to go along with the lush lawns and tree-lined boulevards surrounding the homes.
The typical lot size that most Cloverdale single-family homes are located on is about 0.17 acres, although you'll also discover homes at the higher end of the market that range from 0.25 acres to nearly a full acre.
