The majority of Panorama Ridge homes for sale are impressive single-family homes with breathtaking exteriors and expansive yards. These homes are mainly located in pleasant cul-de-sacs and on the type of clean, low-traffic suburban streets that families love. Many of the homes in the neighbourhood are also newly built (between the 1990s and present day) and have that fresh look that you'd expect from a recently constructed home in an upscale suburban community.

There's no shortage of space inside these homes either. In fact, homes at the highest end of the market include anywhere from five to eight bedrooms and exceed often 4,000 square feet! Combine this with the pristine flooring, large dens and games rooms, and gourmet kitchens, and you have a perfect recipe for the upscale mansions that this prestigious neighbourhood is known for. Prices of these homes generally exceed $2 million, but there are some luxury homes in Panorama Ridge that are listed between $1 million and $1.5 million.

There's also a wide selection of beautiful houses in Panorama Ridge that are affordable for those on more of a modest budget. You can still find some very generously sized homes that are well over 2,000 square feet and offer upwards of four bedrooms and three bathrooms for close to $700,000. Furthermore, there are a number of modern townhomes for sale in Panorama Ridge that offer almost as much interior space as many single-family homes in Surrey and include at least three bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the things that buyers of Panorama Ridge homes for sale love the most about their community is the amount of parks and walking trails that are evenly dispersed throughout the neighbourhood. West Newton Community Park is directly across the street from many townhomes and single-family homes and is a great place to walk your dog or relax and enjoy a picnic with family and friends. In the eastern portion of the neighbourhood is Goldstone Park, which features a playground, water park, tennis court, and basketball court.
