If you’re looking for the perfect place to raise a family, look no further! Located at 194 A street and 68 A avenue, this development enjoys breathtaking mountain and city views. The Grove will feature 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes and will be located near elementary and secondary schools!

Sun at 72 

Developed by Solterra, these townhomes are built for people who enjoy style, elegance and luxury.  The development is located at 19477 72a Avenue and will feature 89 units with two, three and four bedroom plans.

Clayton Heights

This is Legendary Development’s master-planned community of townhomes, carriage homes, and duplex style row homes. They’re located at 72 Ave and 192 Street and are minutes away from everything.

These are just a few of the many developments occurring in our community. There’s many more underway north of 72 Ave and soon there will be some to the west of 184 Street!
